New SunFares valid from Summer 2025

We are committed to offering our guests the best travel experience, tailored to their needs. That's why we are excited to introduce our brand-new SunFares carefully designed with our customers' feedback in mind!

These new fares will be available for all departures from March 30th, 2025 onwards, perfect for our guests’ Summer 2025 plans.

For flights departing before March 30th, 2025, our current SunFares remain available for booking and all services will be delivered as promised.

If a passenger has an existing booking for an international flight on and after March 30th, 2025 and made their reservation before October 23rd, the booking will remain unchanged. Likewise, if a passenger has an existing reservation for a domestic flight on or after 30 March 2025 and made their reservation before 3 December, the reservation will remain unchanged. We will ensure that all the services they were promised, including onboard meals, will be provided on their flight.

Why there was a need to change the fare options?
To enhance the customer experience by providing tailored bundles with valuable content and reduced upsell amounts.

When will the new SunFares options will be available in the booking systems?
The new SunFares fare options will be available for International Summer 2025 flights starting 2025, March 30th. The sales launch is set for 2024, October 23rd, on sunExpress.com, via our mobile app, our customer service center or our agency partners. SunExpert will be updated automatically. New SunFares options will also be available later through our OTA partners.

Do we still need to process Online Check-in?
In general, Online Check-in is preferred for all fare types. For SunLight or SunValue, if passengers do not check in online, additional airport check-in fee will apply at the airport check-in desks. But with the SunEco+ and SunComfort, the airport check in fee is already included.

I have already booked flights to Antalya, Bodrum, or Dalaman for summer 2025. Do I need to change anything in my reservation?
Existing bookings with current fares will will remain unchanged. We will ensure that all the services they were promised, including onboard meals, will be provided on their flight.

Can I change a current reservation to SunEco+ so that only Airport Check-in is included?
You can make bundle upgrades after booking, but please note that fare changes for flights after March 30, 2025 may not include the same features (e.g. SunComfort may not include XLEG or Premium Meal like SunPremium). A pop-up warning will be displayed during the rebooking in SunExpert B2B.

Can I upgrade just one of the two passengers booked under SunValue to SunEco+ to benefit from additional baggage allowance and Airport Check-in? Are there any restrictions based on the flight date?
You can split the passenger from the original PNR and make your adjustments in the split-PNR. To upgrade the bundle, please follow the flight change process, select the same routes and dates. The upsell amount will apply. For date or route changes, fare differences, rebooking rules and the new bundle cost will apply.

Can I request a refund if I change from SunComfort to a lower-tier tariff?
No, if you downgrade your SunFare, there will be no refunds for the difference in SunFare bundles.

How can I upgrade my fare from SunLight to SunComfort after booking?
You can easily upgrade through the SunExpert B2B portal. Simply follow the flight change steps, select the same routes and dates with the new bundle (e.g., SunComfort). The upsell amount will apply. For date or route changes, fare differences, rebooking rules, and the new bundle cost will also apply.

Are SunFares options available for group bookings?
No, SunFares options are only applicable for individual bookings, not for group bookings.

Are SunFares options available for bookings via tour operators or GDSs?
No, SunFares options are only applicable for individual bookings made through direct booking channels from SunExpress (e.g. via "SunExpert B2B", sunexpress.com, SunExpress mobile app, Customer Service Center or via TOMA and MyJack on Code SXS).

Can I combine different fare packages for a round trip (e.g., SunEco+ for the outbound and SunComfort for the return)?
Yes, you can combine different fare options for your round trip booking in one PNR.

If I need to cancel a ticket I booked under the new fare options, can I get a refund of the upgrade fee for the specific bundle?
No, it is not possible to refund the upgrade fee paid for any SunFare options.

What is the process for rebooking under the new SunFares options?
Rebooking will involve change and cancellation fees based on the purchased SunFare. For example, with SunFlex7, free rebooking is possible up to 7 days before departure (fare differences apply) while with SunFlex3, you can rebook up to 3 days before departure (fare differences apply).

Will there be any blackout dates or restrictions for using SunFares?
There are no blackout dates or restrictions.

Will ticket time limit rules for B2B bookings change too?
No, existing ticket time limit rules remain same.

Are meals included in all SunFares?
No, meals are not included in SunFares. However, they can be added on the Extras page under the MEAL section in SunExpert B2B platform.
