Expanded Offers: Unlock a world of possibilities with our expanded range of rewards. Unlike before, where rewards were limited to specific products, now you'll earn Points based on the total value of your transactions.
Flexible Redemption: With our new system, your Points can be used across our entire range of products and services, including flight payments.
Simplified Member Portal: Navigate your loyalty journey with ease through our revamped user-friendly member portal. It's your one-stop destination for all things loyalty-related.
Points Expiry: Worried about your Points expiring? Don't be. All Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited, ensuring you have sufficient time to redeem them for the rewards you desire.
Membership Upgrades: As you engage with our program, you will have the opportunity to unlock higher membership tiers. Welcome Members automatically upgrade to Silver status after flying more than four times in 18 months. From there, Silver Members can achieve Gold status with just booking 10 flights.

SunExpress your benefits is our revamped loyalty program designed to enhance your experience. With this new program, you can earn Points not only for your SunExpress flights but also for additional services you book to customize your trips. We have replaced the previous “Fly 10 times and get 1 free” scheme with a Points-based system, where you earn 1 Point for every 1 € spent. Additionally, you now earn Points for seat reservations and extra baggage, providing you with more opportunities to accumulate rewards. Prepare to discover personalized offers, exclusive rewards and enhanced ways to engage with us.
Anyone a real person aged two (2) years and above and permanently domiciled in a country where the Program is applied and permitted by law and passengers who understand the rules applicable to their personal status can register. The consent of the parent or guardian is required for members under 16 years of age and membership is not valid for any form of legal entity or any kind of company, including sole trader enterprises.

Members will have the opportunity to access three tier categories based on their flight frequency. Tier benefits will remain valid for 18 months after the flight date.
These three categories are: Welcome, Silver and Gold.
New members kick off their journey in the Welcome Tier. As they meet the requirements to access higher tiers, we swiftly acknowledge their progress, ensuring seamless transition based on communicated guidelines.
Welcome: Offers essential benefits tailored for infrequent travelers.
Silver: Presents enhanced perks catering to mid-frequent travelers and high spenders.
Gold: Delivers premium privileges exclusively for top customers, self-funded business travelers and esteemed members with significant transaction activities.
Members will earn 1° Point per 1 Euro spent (or the equivalent in local currency) including airfares, taxes, surcharges and additional services. The currency exchange rate will be determined by the rate in effect on the day the flight ticket and/or additional services are booked and purchased. In the case of transacting in another currency, the amount will be converted into Euros according to the exchange rate published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
Points may not be earned under the following circumstances:
- If flights are completed more than 90 calendar days after the member joins SunExpress your benefits
- If the registered names do not match the names on the flight ticket
- If a flight is cancelled or not boarded
- If the loyalty ID number is not recorded in the PNR
Your Points are automatically credited to your account after each flight. However, if you notice any missing Points, you can request your Points retrospectively. You have up to three months from your latest flight date to submit a request. Points can be credited as early 72 hours after your earliest flight.
Your Points and flight balance will be automatically transferred into the new system. We want to ensure that your efforts and loyalty continue to be rewarded without interruptions.
Yes, you do. You can earn 100 Points for each one-way flight as a basic reward. This offer is available for both Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.
