New cabin design at SunExpress

The interior design of an aircraft cabin encompasses more than just the colors of the seat cover. Travelers are looking for comfort and space in a relaxing environment. All cabins in the SunExpress fleet have been designed specifically with our passengers’ needs in mind.

Leg room and fresh colors

Anyone travelling in a plane knows how important sufficient legroom is. SunExpress aircraft are fitted with comfortable seats manufactured by Safran. The leather-covered seats have a particularly large setback angle and offer passengers a plus in legroom. To achieve that, the so-called “seat pocket”, in which the onboard magazine and the safety card can be found, is now located above the tray table and no longer at knee level.

Thanks to these modern, lightweight aircraft seats, the airline also saves fuel and lowers its environmental impact. A calming combination of sunny orange and neutral grey tones dominates the color scheme.

The “Sky Interior” lighting system enhances this pleasant atmosphere in the cabin. Thanks to the powerful and energy-saving LED lights on the cabin ceiling, sunrise and sunset feel are given during the flight.

SunExpress Inflight Entertainment

On our Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft, by accessing the aircraft’s own Wi-Fi system, our guests can choose from a wide range of entertainment options, from blockbuster movies to the most read magazines, and then access the content they want from their laptops, tablets, or smartphones.
