How to redeem a SunVoucher?
Prior to your international trip, our cabin crew members will be made aware of your reservation for SunVoucher(s), and they will gladly help you redeem them in return for the food and beverages of your choice.
Because coin exchange is not feasible, we strongly advise that you spend all of the credit that equals the total amount of your voucher(s).
If the total cost of the products you want to buy on board exceeds the amount of the Voucher(s), you will be requested to pay the difference in cash or by credit card.
SunVoucher can be used only once during the service. It cannot be split for multiple uses.
Except under specific circumstances, vouchers cannot be transferred or refunded.
